Mustafa works as Associate Partner at Compensation and Benefits Middle East; He has a dynamic 5+ years of professional experience in different HR fields (Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Strategic Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Career development). He cultivated and practiced his experience as an HR Professional for almost 30+ companies operate in different industries, business scales and markets.

Mustafa worked as HR Consultant; He excelled at providing HR consultations, beneficial advice and support to his clients and successfully executed 15+ HR Consultancy Projects: ( Compensation & Benefits structure, Performance Management system, Competency Framework, Job Profiling , and HR Operations) for multiple organizations operate in Egypt, KSA, India, UAE, Jordan and Greece.

Mustafa worked as HR Trainer; He designed and delivered 8+ HR training programs covering different topics of HR Management through a blended learning  approach; He successfully trained 350+ Participants in Egypt, Lebanon, KSA, UAE, Uganda, Nigeria, Cambodia, and US.

Mustafa received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Public Administration from Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences in Cairo University and HR Management Diploma with honors from American University in Cairo. He also attended almost 65+ (workshops, online courses, trainings and webinars) covering different areas of HR and currently seeking for accredition as SPHRI from HRCI.

Mustafa has a great passion towards an effective partnership with his clients and keeping updated on the HR trends in the region. He also enjoys spending some of his time with family, friends, travelling, attending social events, reading, hunting and do some sports.
