Damian has extensive experience advising leading companies and was Senior Director Executive Compensation at Willis Towers Watson (including Global Human Capital lead for the Global Climate and Resilience Hub). Before that he was with AON and EY.
He has extensive experience in supporting business strategy and aims and he is fully familiar with Corporate Governance, institutional shareholder expectations and the views of government and family owned organisations.
