His knowledge on reward truly spans the globe having worked for companies in the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific
Ollie specialises in reward advisory, executive compensation, regulatory oversight, corporate governance excellence and has a hands-on knowledge of the development and delivery of multiple incentive schemes worldwide
With extensive experience in developing unique ways in which to incorporate challenging incentive structures whilst overlaying the varying challenges demanded by international companies. His knowledge has been trusted by some of the world’s biggest brands including Goldman Sachs, TIAA, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group UK and AON to name but a few
Having had the opportunity to work on some of the largest Human Capital projects that have helped influence the reward and compensation landscape across multiple industries including Financial Services, Insurance and FMGC. He is published on some influential reward topics and has featured in multiple keynote conferences and webinars
Ollie holds a Diploma in Aeronautical and is a Chartered Insurance Institute Qualified Financial Adviser
