Rishabh is an Associate Partner at Compensation and Benefits Middle East with more than 6 years consulting experience in the region serving clients across multiple sectors on various aspects of people related challenges.

Rishabh has primarily worked within the financial services sector, including commercial and retail banks, asset management, private equity and insurance firms and Wealth funds across the GCC region. Along with the traditional financial sector, Rishabh has also assisted in setting up the rewards structures in the upcoming digital & Neo banks in both UAE & KSA. Additionally, Rishabh has also designed the rewards structures in firms across other sectors including public sector, Oil & Gas, Media & Entertainment, Gaming and Retail sector companies.

Rishabh has extensive experience in the rewards consulting ranging from job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, fixed and variable pay design and executive compensation. His area of expertise involves designing variable pay plans including annual bonus plans, sales incentive plans and long-term incentive plans. Moreover, he has also worked on other areas of HR including the design of job architecture, competencies framework, performance management systems and HR policies design.

While Rishabh has significant experience in running end-to-end compensation surveys, he has also managed multiple rewards design projects with major clients and acted as SME in the major HR & rewards transformation projects. 

Prior to joining Compensation & Benefits Middle east, Rishabh has worked with the other major HR consulting firms such as Aon & Willis Towers Watson after completing a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Xavier’s Labor Relations Institute (XLRI), India
